You can book and move in online through our website, or contact us and we’ll send a move-in link to your phone or email. Once payment is received and your ID is verified, we’ll send your gate PIN and a map showing your storage space. Then you’re ready to move in — just bring your own padlock.

No. No bond, no admin fee, no set-up charge. Your first month's rent, and that's it.

One month. After that you're on a rolling monthly basis for as long as you need it.

Yes. Every price includes GST. The number you see is the number you pay.

Monthly, in advance, by direct debit from your credit card or bank account. We'll send an invoice if you need one for the business. A surcharge applies to payments made by credit card.

We'd strongly recommend it. Our security is good, but goods stored here aren't covered by us, and most home contents policies don't automatically cover things kept off-site. Have a quick word with your insurer — it's usually a small addition. If it's worth storing, it's worth insuring.

One month. Let us know, empty the unit, leave it clean, and you're done. Fees may apply if the unit needs to be cleaned after departure.

Your storage space is secured with your own padlock, so only you have access to the keys. Our facility is fully fenced, with PIN-controlled electric gates and camera surveillance for added security.

Please supply your own padlock. Your padlock, your key, your peace of mind. In case you forget, padlocks will be available to purchase on site.

The facility can be accessed from 6am to 7pm, seven days a week, including public holidays. If you need access outside those hours, we can accommodate earlier or later access — just speak with us in advance.

Yes. A car fits comfortably in a 3m × 6m unit if you want it under cover. For boats, caravans and motorhomes, our outdoor parks run from 3m × 7m up to 4m × 12m. We also have extra large, 3.5m x 9m units, with a spacious 3.2m height for motorhomes or other large vehicles.

No food or perishables, no petrol, gas bottles, paint, chemicals, lithium-ion batteries or anything flammable, and nothing illegal. Beyond that, if it fits and it isn't going to leak or smell, it's fine.

Yes, as long as we've got the size you want free. Give us a ring and we'll move you across.
